We ship from Portland, Oregon. Domestic shipping is carried out via USPS and UPS depending on your location and the selected shipping method.

During high-volume periods (holidays, new product drops), processing times may be slightly longer. We'll always communicate any delays proactively.

Free standard shipping is automatically applied to all domestic orders over $75.00 at checkout — no code needed.

To initiate a return or exchange, email us at hello@prioritypressshop.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll send you a prepaid return label within one business day.

Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all tags still attached. Items that show signs of wear or washing will not be accepted.

Sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit only, not refunds. Final sale items marked clearly at checkout are non-returnable.

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we'll cover return shipping and send a replacement at no charge. Just reach out and we'll take care of it.
